Hikvision iDS-2CD7186G2-IZ(H)S(Y) 8MP DeepinView Moto Varifocal Dome Camera with 8–32mm Lens

8MP Professional Dome Camera for Detailed Security Monitoring

The Hikvision iDS-2CD7186G2-IZ(H)S(Y) is an advanced 8MP DeepinView dome camera designed for professional security installations that require clear images, flexible viewing options and intelligent surveillance features. With its motorised 8–32mm varifocal lens, the camera allows the viewing angle and zoom to be adjusted remotely, making it suitable for monitoring both wider areas and important details at longer distances.

Powered by Hikvision DeepinView technology and DarkFighter 2.0, this camera is designed to deliver detailed video in difficult lighting conditions. Its 140dB Wide Dynamic Range helps maintain balanced images when a scene contains very bright and dark areas, such as entrances, loading zones and building exits.

The camera also provides built-in audio with dual microphones and a speaker, supporting audio monitoring and two-way communication where required. This can be useful for security staff who need to communicate with people at monitored locations.

Motorised 8–32mm Varifocal Lens

The motorised varifocal lens provides flexible coverage for different installation requirements. Instead of manually changing the lens after installation, users can remotely adjust the focal length to achieve a wider view or focus more closely on a specific area.

DarkFighter 2.0 Low-Light Performance

DarkFighter 2.0 technology helps the camera produce useful colour and detail in low-light environments. This makes the camera suitable for locations that need reliable surveillance during evening and nighttime conditions.

140dB Wide Dynamic Range

High-contrast lighting can make it difficult for standard cameras to capture clear details. The 140dB WDR capability helps balance areas with strong differences between bright and dark lighting, helping provide more usable footage.

Intelligent Professional Surveillance

The 8MP resolution provides detailed video that can assist with monitoring and reviewing security events. The camera is designed for professional environments where image quality and dependable surveillance are important.

Built for Outdoor and High-Risk Areas

With IP67 weather resistance, the camera is protected against dust and water exposure. Its IK10 vandal-resistant housing provides additional protection against physical impact, making it suitable for demanding commercial and outdoor installations.

Built-In Audio

Dual microphones and an integrated speaker provide audio functionality for suitable surveillance applications. This allows the camera to support audio monitoring and two-way communication when configured with compatible systems.

Suitable Applications

The Hikvision iDS-2CD7186G2-IZ(H)S(Y) can be used in a range of professional environments, including commercial buildings, warehouses, entrances, transport facilities, industrial sites, business premises, corridors and other locations where detailed video monitoring is required.
