1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
