Hikvision DS-KD-DIS Gen2 Intercom, Door Station Name Scroll Module

Hikvision DS-KD-DIS Gen2 Name Scroll Display Module

The Hikvision DS-KD-DIS Gen2 is a practical name scroll display module designed for compatible modular IP video intercom door stations. It provides a simple way for visitors to browse resident, staff, or department names at a shared entrance, making it easier to identify the correct person before starting an intercom call.

Designed for Modular Intercom Systems

This module is made for compatible Hikvision Gen2 modular door station configurations. It can be integrated into a larger entrance station alongside other intercom modules, allowing installers to create a setup that matches the requirements of different residential and commercial properties.

The name scrolling function is especially useful where several residents, employees, offices, or departments use the same entrance. Visitors can browse available entries and select the appropriate name through the compatible door station interface.

Improve Visitor Navigation

A clear name selection system can make shared entrances easier to use. Instead of relying on separate signs or asking for assistance, visitors can use the door station to find the required resident or department. This can provide a more organised experience for apartment buildings, office complexes, and other multi-user properties.

Suitable for Multi-Resident Buildings

The DS-KD-DIS is well suited to apartment blocks, residential developments, and other properties with multiple occupants. The name scroll function helps visitors find individual residents and use the intercom system more conveniently.

Useful for Commercial Properties

The module can also be used in office buildings, commercial premises, and mixed-use developments. It can help visitors locate employees, businesses, departments, or other contacts through a shared entrance communication system.

Flexible Door Station Expansion

As part of a modular Hikvision intercom solution, the DS-KD-DIS can contribute to a flexible entrance station design. Installers can combine compatible modules according to the access and communication requirements of the site.

Gen2 Intercom Compatibility
